The CVIF-Dynamic Learning Program is a teaching method developed by world-renowned theoretical physicists, Dr. Maria Victoria Carpio- Bernido and Dr. Christopher C. Bernido. It is a disaster-resilient and low-cost teaching pedagogy that is designed to develop independent  learning and improve academic performance especially in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). DLP was introduced in Central Visayan Institute Foundation in Jagna, Bohol in July 2002. The program attracted many educational institutions and eventually led to its implementation in other schools in the Philippines.
